The nightly rates are as follows: November 1 to March 31: EUR 120 / April 1 to June 30 and September 1 to October 31: EUR 140 / July 1 to August 31: EUR 160 + EUR 3 / day for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella

One-time cleaning and laundry fee: EUR 150
